Teaching Overview

In addition to mentoring and advising individual students on research methods, development, and translation, Dr. Ribeiro has been actively involved in curriculum development and delivery of both undergraduate and graduate courses, and training of teaching assistants.

During the final year of his PhD program, he served as a sessional instructor at the University of Florida (2015), where he taught two undergraduate courses: ANS3251 Biology and Management of Dairy Cattle and ANS3250L Dairy Practicum.

Since joining the University of Guelph in 2016, Dr. Ribeiro has designed and taught two new undergraduate courses (ANSC 3040 Animal Reproduction and ANSC 3270 Animal Disorders), as well as a new graduate course (ANSC 6070 Metabolic Regulation of Reproduction).
